 In 2013 - thanks to Monti government - an inversion of positive tendency will be registered in italian money for international cooperation and economic development (Ocse). now Italy is the last one among european countries. 
in this difficult and uncertain economic situation, international help of Ocse members to cooperation has been less of 4 per cent and of 7 per cent in Europe, explains in a note the ministry of international cooperation.
for italy is a negative result of choices of the last government, and of the end of umanitarian emergency in Lybia, that confirms a negative tendency.
nevertheless, according to the Minister, in 2013 the situation will change. ."Thanks to the bigger ammount of money established in the last economical  document , international help will register an invertion of tendency, reaching 0,15 of pil.
ministry Riccardi underlines:"Italy must renews his must to be realistic and believable especially for  emergential economies and of partners G8.
help to the development, relaunching international position of our country, represents an investment for development".
