The
roundtable
is
by
invitation
only
and
held
under
Chatham
House
rules,
open
to
scholars,
diplomats
and
experts.
It
will
focus
on
the
political,
economic
and
security
developments
in
Somalia
during
2013,
identifying
emerging
elements
of
threat
and
opportunities
to
strengthen
Somalia’s
rebirth.
Six
European
experts
will
be
invited
to
express
their
views
and
discuss
with
Italian
and
foreign
scholars
and
diplomats,
in
a
2--‐hours
intensive
roundtable.
The
working
language
will
be
English,
and
no
simultaneous
translation
will
be
provided.
All
guests
are
cordially
invited
to
participate
to
the
cocktail/buffet
which
will
be
offered
